How to use the School eRegister by CoreAxis app on your phone: signing in, every screen for the Admin, Principal, Accountant, Teacher and Student / Parent logins, working offline and syncing. Every example comes from the Demo Public School.

Getting Started

  1. 1. About the appWhat the School eRegister app does, who uses it, how to install and update it, and how it works without internet.
  2. 2. Sign in, PIN and sign outStaff sign-in with email, password and email code; app PIN and fingerprint; parent sign-in with admission number and date of birth; adding a child; signing out.
  3. 3. Home screen and menusThe Home screen of each role, the bottom tabs, the side menu, search, the notices bell and the sync button.

Admin & Principal

  1. 4. StudentsFind any student, open the profile with details, attendance, fees and results, and correct contact or full details.
  2. 5. New admission and enquiriesAdmit a new student from the phone (works offline) and follow up enquiries that parents sent from the school website.
  3. 6. Collect feeTake a fee payment from a student in cash, UPI, cheque or DD and hand over the receipt, even without internet.
  4. 7. ReceiptsFind any fee receipt, check its details and share it as a PDF with the parent.
  5. 8. Cheques / DDMark cheque and DD payments cleared when the bank pays them, or record a bounce.
  6. 9. UPI / Bank ClaimsCheck UPI and bank-transfer payments that parents report with a UTR, then make the receipt or reject the claim.
  7. 10. Reports, Ledger & DefaultersFee summary, Ledger / P&L, the defaulters list with age filters, and fee reminder SMS to parents.
  8. 11. ExpensesRecord the school's spending month by month, and correct or delete an entry.
  9. 12. Staff directoryCall or WhatsApp any staff member, add new staff with a login, and edit staff details.
  10. 13. AcademicsAttendance for every class, monthly register, marks entry, homework, timetable, exams with date sheet and publishing, and online exam results.
