Is there really a free trial?

Yes — every new school gets a full-featured 10-day free trial. No credit card, no commitment. You only pay when you activate a paid plan.

How do I activate my plan?

After registering, you receive an activation code (or buy one online). Enter it on your billing screen and your plan activates instantly with a serial number and invoice.

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Absolutely. Change plans anytime with a new activation code — your data stays exactly where it is.

How do payments work?

Pay online via Razorpay, or by UPI with manual verification. You get a branded invoice for every payment, right from your dashboard.

Is the mobile app included?

Yes. The School eRegister Android app is included in every plan at no extra cost — your staff, students and parents just sign in with the accounts your school gives them. About the app.

What happens when my plan expires?

You get email reminders before the end date. After expiry the school has a 10-day read-only grace period to renew; after that the account is paused until you renew. Your data is kept.

Is my school's data safe?

Every school runs on its own isolated private database, backed up every night, with encrypted (HTTPS) connections, hashed passwords, an emailed sign-in code for staff on new devices and an activity log.
