Refund & Cancellation

1 Free trial

Every school starts with a free trial — no card required and nothing to cancel. You are charged only when you choose to activate a paid plan.

2 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. On cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid term, after which it will not auto-renew. Your data stays available for export during this period.

3 Refunds

• If you experience a billing error or a duplicate charge, contact us and we will investigate and refund any incorrect amount.
• Subscription fees for a term already in use are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or at our discretion for exceptional cases.
• Any eligible refund is processed back to the original payment method.

4 How to request

To cancel or request a refund, email softcoreaxis@gmail.com or call +91 91131 07586 with your school name and serial number. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.
