Acceptable Use Policy

1 Purpose

This policy sets out acceptable and prohibited uses of CoreAxis School ERP (“the Service”). It applies to every school and user with access, and supplements our Terms of Service.

2 Acceptable use

Use the Service only for legitimate school administration — managing students, staff, fees, exams, attendance, documents and communication for your own institution, with the necessary consents.

3 You must not

• Upload unlawful, infringing, harmful or misleading content, or data you have no right to store.
• Attempt to access another school’s data, breach access controls, or probe/scan the platform for vulnerabilities without authorisation.
• Introduce malware, overload the service, or disrupt its availability for others.
• Use the messaging features (SMS/email) to send spam or content that violates applicable regulations (including DLT/consent rules).
• Resell, sublicense or share your account access with unauthorised parties.

4 Data you store

You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you upload and for obtaining any consents required to store student, parent and staff information. Keep records accurate and up to date.

5 Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and, where necessary, suspend or terminate access to protect users and the platform, as described in our Terms. Serious or illegal misuse may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
