Terms of Service

1 Acceptance

By creating an account or using CoreAxis School ERP (“the Service”), the school and its authorised users agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2 The service

CoreAxis provides a cloud-based school management platform (students, fees, exams, attendance, documents and analytics). We may add, change or remove features to improve the Service, and we aim to give reasonable notice of significant changes.

3 Accounts & responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping login credentials confidential.
• You must use the Service lawfully and only for legitimate school administration.
• You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to store student and staff data.

4 Subscriptions & payment

Paid plans are billed per the pricing shown at sign-up or renewal. A plan activates on successful payment and remains active for its term. Free trials convert to a paid plan only when you choose to activate one.

5 Data ownership

Your school owns the data it stores. We act as a processor to operate the Service, and you can export your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

6 Availability & support

We work to keep the Service available and secure, and provide support through the channels listed on our site. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law; we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the extent permitted by law.

7 Suspension & termination

We may suspend an account for non-payment or misuse. You may cancel at any time; see our Refund Policy for how cancellations are handled.
