After registering you get a trial. To activate a paid plan, enter your activation code on the billing screen — your plan activates instantly with a serial number and invoice.

Yes. From your school's Plan & Billing page you can renew or upgrade anytime using an activation code, or buy online from the My Account page.

You'll get email reminders before the end date. After expiry the school gets a 10-day read-only grace period to renew; after that access is paused until you renew. Your data is kept safe throughout.

You can pay online via Razorpay, or by UPI with manual verification. Every payment generates a branded invoice you can view and print.

All your invoices are listed on your Plan & Billing page with a one-click view/print option.

No. Online payments are handled securely by the payment gateway — CoreAxis never stores your card information.

Yes. Every school runs on its own separate private database — your data is never mixed with another school's.

All connections use HTTPS. Staff confirm a one-time code sent to their email when they sign in on a new device (and can then use a PIN on a trusted device), access is role-based, important actions are logged, and every school's database is backed up nightly.

Yes — key records can be exported, and you retain full ownership of your school's data at all times.

Yes. Parents and students sign in with the admission number and date of birth to see attendance, fees, results, homework and notices, take online tests and pay fees online where the school allows it. A parent with more than one child at the school can add each child to one login.

SMS (Fast2SMS) and email (Mailgun) are built in for OTP, reminders and announcements. Each school configures its own SMS from the school dashboard.

Yes — School eRegister by CoreAxis for Android. Principals, teachers, accountants, students and parents sign in with the accounts the school gives them.

No. It is free to download, has no ads or in-app purchases, and is included in every CoreAxis plan.

Yes. It keeps the school data you are allowed to see on the phone in an encrypted database, so it opens offline. Attendance, marks and fee entries made offline are synced automatically when you are back online. Online tests and online payments need a connection.

Not yet. On an iPhone, staff use the same account in the browser through the School Login, and students and parents through their school's student portal.
